Refund policy
Returns:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in it's original packaging unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please include the packing slip that was shipped with your order.
- If anti-theft ribbon is cut from the garment(s), you will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- If you are not happy with your item(s), please request a return or exchange and ship the item(s) back, so we can refund on your original method of payment or process an exchange. Please note: Item(s) must be in it's original packaging unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to inspect your return and if accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please contact your bank or credit card company for their processing and refund turnaround times.

Exchanges:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate an exchange request.
- Exchanges are unavailable for international orders.
- Exchange item(s) must be received within 14 days of exchange order initiation.
- If an item is low in stock or out of stock, we may not be able to exchange if your size is unavailable.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items:
If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please send us an email within 5 days of receiving your order at info@shopsilentassassin.com with an image of the damaged item along with your order number. If you return an item that we were not notified arrived damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Bodysuits
- Items with built-in undergarments
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant and signs of wear
- Gift cards or store credit
