Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information. All orders will require a signature at delivery. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the weight of the parcel and location it is being shipped to.

International Shipping:

We're happy to offer International shipping! All prices are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. All import taxes, custom fees, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification which will include a tracking number so you can check for updates.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopsilentassassin.com with your name and order number.
